Violinist Susanne Hvasser and double bass player Oscar Enger are musicians in the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra. In the late summer of 2012 Susanne is forced to make some important decisions when her secret affair is discovered by her lover’s wife. Oscar, on his side, lives alone after his infidelities over many years have been uncovered. Suddenly one day Oscar sees Susanne in a whole new light. This is a possible new start for both of them, but will the experiences of the past help them to find what they are both longing for?
