Sofie, Kasper, Edvard and Olivia are cousins with special powers. When they find a box in the attic in the old house in Stockholm with love letters and sheets of music, it’s the start of an adventure that includes tragic love, witches and villains. Strange things start to happen when the box is stolen. The luminous wall panel in the attic, the ghostly figures, staring birds and the mysterious whispering sounds at night hide a secret that goes back to the days of the war. The autumn days become highly dramatic for the cousins.
