Håkon Marcus (b. 1989) is a highly acclaimed and award-winning author. In 2025 he was the winner of Aschehoug Children’s Book Prize, a prize give to an up-and-coming and highly qualified authorship. Marcus has a master’s degree in creative writing and literature from the Norwegian Institute for Children’s Books and a bachelor in Art Direction. He lives in Oslo, Norway.
