Fridtjof Nansen’s legendary Fram expedition was amply documented in photographs taken by Nansen himself as well as the other crew members. In large format (30×30 cm) The Nansen Photographs collects all the 600 unique photos from the expedition, commented by excerpts from Nansen’s and the crew’s diaries. Included will also be the drawings showing the development of Fram and the maps brought on the expedition.
