The Light Shines in the Darkness
Poetic and evocative about light and darkness, about being afraid of the dark, and about finding comfort.
Iver is five years old, and quite scared of the dark. He is not looking forward to staying over at grandma’s house. She lives in the forest and there is a long way in between the houses. Where there are few houses, there is not much light. It’s much darker here than in the town where Iver lives. Luckily grandma is of the trustworthy type, and she comforts in the way that a grandma should.
