He Who Shall Be Hanged Will Not Drown is a fast-paced crime story, with rough humour, a political satirical edge and with a glance into Oslo’s newspaper circles. It was Jon Michelet’s first novel, and it introduced his crime hero Vilhelm Thygesen.
