Sverre Knudsen
Sverre Knudsen (b. 1955) made his debut with the novel GLORIOUS DEFEAT in 1989, and has since written several books for adults, including two crime novels and a collection of poetry. It is however his books for children and young adults that have had the greatest impact. In 1999 he won the Sonja Hagemann’s Children and Young Adults Book Prize for the novel RARELY COMES ALONE. In 2005 he won the National Association for a Unified Language’s Prize.
