Shwan Qaradaki (b. 1977) is an artist, painter, illustrator, photographer, video- and filmmaker. He has lived in Norway since he came as a political refugee from Suleimania, Kurdistan in 1999. Qaradaki has art degrees from The Art Academy in Suleimania, and from The Nordic Institute of Stage and Studio in Oslo and Oslo National Acedmy of the Arts.
