Max gets a second chance. His family relocates to a new town so that he can get back on his feet after what happened at his previous school. The plan is simple: Max is supposed to lay low, do what he has to fit in. But at the back of the classroom there’s a boy named Trond. And Trond is different. Even though Max tries hard to leave him alone, he fails.
