Adrian doesn’t have any friends. But one day he finds a boy passed out in the snow at the bottom of the slalom slope. He brings the boy home with him. Finally he has a friend!

But Ali, as Adrian calls him, behaves in a strange way. And somebody has escaped from the nearby reception centre for asylum seekers. Could that be Ali? On top it of all, great granddad is terrified of both foreigners and terrorists. Could Ali actually be a terrorist?

As in the Pitbull-Terje series, Endre Lunde Eriksen succeeds in handling difficult subjects, such as loneliness and the refugee experience, in a way which is serious and humorous at the same time.

The writer really succeds in creating a thrilling story … The book also has its share of humour, and a good balance which should offend nobody, in spite of the content and the themes.
